Acceptable but with issues

unwelcoming staff generic feel

The location is very convenient.

The staff was quite unwelcoming. I found them not really helpful and quite cold (it was like just a place to stay). The building and room had a generic feel, so it lacked character.

airport tickets lobby water

The front desk provided train tickets to the airport the following morning! I found water available in the lobby. It was refreshing. The room also included a kettle for tea and coffee and I thought that was awesome.

The air conditioning was not very strong, though the windows opened fine.
